WILLIAM FAN offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that personalized items and select delicate accessories are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Registration

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Packaging

  Place the items in their original brand packaging and secure them within a sturdy shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
